Michele Mirman, Esq., has represented seriously injured victims of accidents and medical malpractice for 45 years and has headed her own personal injury firm, Mirman, Markovits & Landau, since 1991. She is admitted to practice in NY, NJ, Cal, Conn, Fla, DC, the Supreme Court of the United States and the Federal Districts Courts of New Jersey and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Ms. Mirman is a Past President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association. She is the President of the Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association Foundation, which she founded.

Ms. Mirman has tried and settled numerous, significant cases, representing thousands of New Yorkers on construction, medical malpractice, fall down, motor vehicle and sexual assault cases. She has also served on the judiciary committees for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Brooklyn Democratic Party and the New York State Women’s Bar Association, which rate New York State judicial candidates. Ms. Mirman also gives back to her community. She is the President of Bear Givers, a non-profit that sponsors kindness programs focused on children with disabilities, a member of AllinBklyn, a community of women who make grants to organizations that strengthen Brooklyn, and a longtime supporter of both the Brooklyn Kindergarten Society, which supports preschools in underprivileged areas and The Making Headway Foundation, which raises money for research into brain cancer in children. Ms.Mirman is also a trustee of the Tenement Museum of New York City, which tells the story of the immigrant experience in the United States and celebrates the achievements immigrants have made.

Ingrid Johnson is a tax and estate attorney who works with individuals and families to plan and protect their legacies. Over her 25-year career, Ms. Johnson has become known as a goal-oriented and compassionate advisor as well as a powerful and persuasive advocate.

Ingrid tailors estate plans to create trusts, wills, health care proxies, powers of attorney, and other documents that provide an infrastructure for clients’ assets and a roadmap for their personal values and wishes.

Ingrid believes that public service part of her role as an attorney, and she has been recognized for her public interest work by Harvard Law School, which selected her as a Wasserstein Public Interest Fellow, and Rutgers Law School, which awarded her with the Philip Levin Public Interest Scholarship.

Ingrid earned her L.L.M. in tax law at New York University School of Law, her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, and her B.A. from Bryn Mawr College.

Dr. Ivy Branin is a Naturopathic Doctor in NYC who received her degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University.  She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biochemical engineering and a minor in French from Rutgers University. After graduating from Rutgers, she worked for 3 years as a process validation engineer in the pharmaceutical industry in New York and Connecticut.
