Beyond coaching, Salene is an animal-rescue advocate and founder of The Foster Circle, focused on supporting foster networks to create more stable, successful placements. Her work is rooted in compassion, community, and helping others feel supported through every stage of change.

While building a successful career in healthcare, Erin pursued her love of wine, earning her WSET Level 3 certification and diving into wine education. Frustrated by an industry often tailored to male palates, she founded ECR Vintners to create wines that resonate with women — a true Girl’s Girl of wine.
