Mira is the founder and managing attorney of Weiss Law Group, PLLC. With thirty years of experience as an attorney and business professional, she brings a fresh, holistic approach to elder law, trusts and estates, guardianship, and Medicaid planning.

Mira is known for her warmth, energy, and highly effective legal representation. She understands that in addition to solid technical skills, a great lawyer must have empathy and patience. Her success in the courtroom and her interactions with clients are testimony to her abilities.

She brings to her practice a unique set of skills and experience in public health, health law, and insurance. Before launching the Weiss Law Group, she served as Deputy Director of Operations of the world-famous Bellevue Hospital Center (“Bellevue”) and as counsel to Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, Bellevue, and private medical practices. She also worked in the health insurance industry as counsel and senior executive for insurers such as Horizon New Jersey and Horizon Pennsylvania (Blue Cross Blue Shield affiliated companies) and as General Counsel and Vice President at Touchstone Health (a Medicare company).

Meredith is a 4th generation Financial Advisor at Equitable Advisors, LLC. She is a partner at Premier Capital Management group along with her father Ronald Langus. Meredith earned her BS degree from University of Pittsburgh in Psychology. Meredith has earned her CLU, FSCP and LUTCF designations from the American College as well as a Retirement Planning Specialist title awarded by Equitable Advisors based upon receipt of a Certificate in Retirement Planning from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She has also completed an advanced curriculum, focused on Asset Allocation and Wealth Management Strategies from Harvard University. These courses allow her to provide essential product knowledge and planning concepts to her clients. Meredith is also a member of MDRT, (Million Dollar Round Table) a global, independent association of the world’s leading life insurance and financial services professionals with membership recognized internationally as the standard of excellence. Meredith works closely with her clients, CPAs, and Attorney’s to further enhance her clients experience as their Equitable Advisors Financial Advisor. In her spare time, Meredith likes to take her friends shopping, see live music, enjoy good food, and travel.

Sue Saccardo is a certified athletic trainer, personal trainer, and holistic health coach. She has a BS in Sports Medicine from Marietta College. Her mission is to inspire healthy living around the world. 

Sue is the owner/operator of Rx: Vitality (Prescription Vitality), a personal training and health coaching business.  She is also the owner of an international Juice Plus franchise. Sue see’s herself as an altruistic entrepreneur.  She is interested in businesses that can help improve the lives of others.

The spectrum of Sue’s clientele ranges from teenage athletes, collegiate division one and professional athletes, all the way up to senior citizens working to continue living independently. The commonality throughout her client base is nutrition. Everyone eats, and their food choices will impact their bodies, either positively or negatively.

Sue is the CEO of the Health and Wellness Network of Commerce, and organization in which she also serves as Chapter President of two chapters in Westchester County.  She has also served as the Chairperson of the National Minority Trucking Association’s Health and Wellness Advisory Committee. When Sue is not working, she enjoys cooking, and spoiling her rescue dogs Marino and Mattie. She resides in Westchester County New York, where she was born and raised.
