Salene Parnese is the founder of Women’s Health Nation, a movement helping women feel stronger, seen, and centered. A NYC-based personal trainer and menopause coach with 20+ years of experience, she blends evidence-based strength training with mindfulness to support physical strength, emotional resilience, and everyday confidence.

Her flagship program, Midlife Strong, supports women through midlife and menopause with strength training, mobility, breathwork, and mindset practices that make consistency feel natural.

Beyond coaching, Salene is an animal-rescue advocate and founder of The Foster Circle, focused on supporting foster networks to create more stable, successful placements. Her work is rooted in compassion, community, and helping others feel supported through every stage of change.
