Zara Chadowitz is a New York State licensed acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner based in Chelsea, NYC. She holds a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Acupuncture (expected 2027).
Her approach focuses on treating the root cause of imbalance, supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate and restore. She works with a range of conditions including stress and burnout, sleep disturbances, hormonal and menstrual health, digestive issues, and pain.
Zara has a particular interest in complex or chronic presentations, especially where multiple symptoms overlap. She integrates acupuncture with therapies such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and personalized lifestyle guidance to support long-term, sustainable health.
